• Use our crawler tools to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or scan private internal network IPs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit database vulnerabilities, or bypass payment verification webhooks.

2. Account Registration & Authentication

User accounts are created via Google OAuth single sign-on or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and activities performed under your user account.

3. Subscriptions & Monthly Credit Allocation

Our audit platform operates on a predictable subscription and credit allocation model:

• Free Tier Bonus: Every newly created user account receives 100.0 initial credits upon registration — enough for a complete 18-module audit of your SaaS business.
• Subscription Tiers: Paid subscription plans (Pro $19/mo, Agency $49/mo, Agency+ $99/mo) are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Subscriptions provide recurring monthly credits that reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Credit Consumption Rates: Audit operations consume credits according to page scope: 5.0 credits for single-page audits, 2.0 credits per page for full site audits, and 0.50 credits per page for single module rescans.

4. Intellectual Property & Report Rights

All branding, audit engine algorithms, and interface designs are the property of Site Audit Score. Audit reports, exported CSV datasets, and PDF summaries generated for your websites belong entirely to you for agency or client presentation use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Ranking Guarantees

Site Audit Score is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Search engine algorithms (including Google, Bing, and AI search engines) update continuously. We do not guarantee specific numerical search rankings or traffic increases resulting from audit implementations.

6. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Site Audit Score constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
